  1. What makes your books different from other books like it?

    The dialogue is written the way a lot of people really speak. Within the pages, readers will recognize themselves or maybe people that they know who have similar personalities or experiences.

  2. What do you want readers to take away from your writing?

    Everyone has experienced ups and downs. The ones that make it through are not without scares. While our struggle may be different, we all have hurtles to overcome. We can be whomever we chose to be.

  3. Where does this book take place?

    Mostly Baltimore City, then it takes the reader on a journey during my time in the military

  4. How is your book relevant in today's society?

    The dynamics of personal relationships are always relevant. The book is full of words of encouragement to a struggling generation

  1. What is your educational background?

    B.A in Psychology - University of Maryland in Baltimore County

    M.S in Systems Engineering - Regis University,  CO

  2. Why did you decide to become an author?

    I didn't. I've always been able to create stories based on bits and pieces of information so I finally decided to put it down on paper. 

  3. Do you plan on writing another book anytime soon?

    Yes, I recently released my second book, Struggles of the Women Folk. I'm excited to share it with my readers.

  4. Do you have any other projects?

    I collaborated with several authors that I met via social media. We really wanted to share our life experiences as a form of inspiration to our readers. We recently published "Just Between Us" . Its in e-format and is FREE.

Struggles of the Women Folk

  1. What is this book about?

    It's a story that I created that is loosley based on bit and pieces of information that my grandmother shared with me during my childhood. I weaved these stories together and created characters who speak to me pretty loudly.:)

  2. What makes your books different from other books like it?

    I've been told that this story is captivating. Its a inspirational tear jerker that has many twists and turns. Similar to own own lives...

  3. How did you design the cover?

    Actually, the cover is one of my paintings created several years ago. At the time, I was not consciously aware that I would write a book that aligns so perfectly with the painting.
